THE STORY
Hello friends!
I am Chef Gonzalez who would like to share the warmth of delectable sweets up here in the beautiful Eagle County.
My passion for baking began years ago when I had the opportunity to work in different high end cuisine restaurants with great mentors such as Chef Thomas Keller from Bouchon, Matsuhisa from Chef Nobu, and many others.
At Sweetmountains we specialize in making our desserts with organic and high quality ingredients. We also take the time to personalize all orders in a unique way.
